今年的台北馬適逢我的生日,當初手殘報了全馬,又中籤,只好硬著頭皮去跑,今年天侯不佳,東北季風帶來的低溫和綿綿細雨,跑起來也是挺吃力的,過了28k就開始掉速,小腿很不給力,最後雖然破pb,但依然沒有破4,這次體驗過全馬,以後不做這麼折磨人的事了,真的很累人啊!

賽後評分: 補給相當充分,只是我對喝一口水就丟杯子實在是很難認同
