第一次跑到被關門😂
59k 手錶就累了..先去休息
原訂此場為吸到飽80賽前的LSD練習..
8點起跑實在太虐人,說好的涼爽天氣呢..
心還是不過堅定..惡魔一直跑出來
一直期待到達關門點的時候會被關..
最後一個關門點時已經知道跑不完,也沒辦法走..秉持著完成路程的心慢慢走回去..
花了10h40m 才把66完成
這場雖然慘烈也學到很多
1.心要堅定..堅定回絕壞朋友推坑
2.隨身攜帶的凡士林,請準備沒有刺激性的..半路抹了..蛋蛋哀傷大爆炸..有半個小時走路腳開開 完全無法跑..一直守在路邊的苦笑
3.超馬完賽看似1小時只要跑7-8K
但是並不容易..耐力心態都是需要平時鍛鍊的
4.無傷回家才是最高指導原則
5.手錶請買電力夠持久的..不知歷程時間真的很無助,不然就是讓自己跑快一點
