一年一度大拜拜
原本沒有想報名的,只是聽說有人抽不到,所以截止日前一天才報名,結果就是,我抽中了,而抽不到的人依舊沒有抽中。
最近沒什麼練,有跑也都是垃圾跑量,沒有訓練效果,加上沖繩回來又胖3公斤,這一場賽事關門是5:30讓我壓力很大。
還好天氣涼爽,下著微微小雨
讓我沒有感覺累,1K1K慢慢吃居然有機會挑戰4:30,但後面掉速太多,又有上坡最終以4:33完賽。
這成績我非常滿意
可以大聲說我75公斤,全馬4:33
