連兩天到台南出差,今天有點空檔就先跑一下,反正要減量了,毫無業績壓力,只想保持有點喘的速度。
還好今天台南也陰涼,乾燥的感覺不太習慣但很舒服。前面跑不太動有點擔心,還好身體熱起來就舒服了,我果然還昰慢熱型的。
今天研習聽到一句話覺得很有意思:如果教育像一場馬拉松,為什麼一定要贏在起跑點上?
