今天54K賽事登場
雖然今年距離份量減半
但今天還是收穫滿滿的
賽事路線前20K是個長上坡
我有盡力挺住😄
過折返點左右 我大概是排在第15順位
因為擁有先前的經驗
擔心會發生抽筋的憾事
故折返後 約7K的上坡
就盡量用走的 讓肌肉放鬆
最後20K的長下坡
是今天的重點-開啟無雙模式
因為用自己最擅長的方式
絕對有加分的效果
很開心我的策略奏效
後半馬的速度優於前半馬
最後下坡段
順利陸續超越多名跑友 總10完賽😄
內心覺得54K也是好遙遠的距離
