今天比較晚出發,時間有限,大約只能先跑16圈,其餘要等團練回來再湊,今天團練11.2公里開很快,一開始追不到教授的車尾燈,一直到埤麻里才看到人,腳有酸到,後來回到虎科大再補個5圈湊齊早上要練的里程數。
在收完操後,走在虎科大的人行道上往停車的方向前進,後來到了車子停放的地方,將濕掉的跑鞋脫掉,換上脫鞋,在同一時刻,發現有個婦人,撿拾起幾片枯掉的落葉,清理人行道上狗狗留下的排泄物,將它夾到一旁的花圃內,或許這是一件小事,在現今社會上,沒有多少人願意為這片土地盡一點力,我在開車的同時,一邊在想,現在生活的步調愈來愈快,越來越抽不出時間享受慢活的樂趣,吸收晨曦時大自然賜予的芬多精,虎科清晨4點多就陸陸續續有運動的人們開始聚集,這種運動風氣實屬難得,當你還在為搶一個紅燈或為了省一個閃車的短暫時間,何不讓自己的生活步調放慢一些,用心的感受週遭美好的事物,我蠻享受早晨在虎科大晨跑的這3個小時時光。
