開學這段時間真的好忙,再也沒辦法像之前專心訓練跟休息了。還好進入賽前調整期,保持有在跑就好,跑步當作調濟工作壓力的活動。
今天川哥也有來操場,比我早半小時起跑。因為他很快,還是沒什麼時間聊,只有幾次超過我時簡短確認一下火車的問題。
身體恢復的差不多了,今天跑起來比昨天舒服,也開始適應第二道了。感覺每一圈只賺7m進展好慢阿。後段感覺比較努力在加快了,不過均速還是跟6分速差不多,畢竟很久沒有衝速度了吧。
