七腳川的減脂天……
先前的減脂跑法,最近跑友都沒有實現了,原因(不明),但我只知道今天想跑多少,”跑到不想跑為止”,維持前兩天的跑法…慢慢跑,不急~就這樣今天在七腳川繞了5圈後“巴肚么”…休息喔!
