話說我平常頭好壯壯 只是看起來虛

其實是內強外虛騙吃騙吃 沒想到賽前兩天有點忽冷忽熱

賽前一天 根本一天20幾個噴嚏 鼻水共共流 喉嚨火在燒

王蕩了...冏rz 腕上咳咳得睡覺 沒睡一小時 爬起來

吐了5次...把我吃的都吐出去了

頭痛 好像發燒 睡得斷續...想說 跟去 如果真的不舒服 就棄賽好了...(耳朵一直重複播放某人提醒田中馬感冒硬跑的嚴重性)

好吧 天黑著就出門 搭了好心可以合法不停紅燈的便車

接駁車上好多看起來厲害的跑者 坐滿滿

戴好口罩 坐在年輕帥哥旁...然後很快補眠去

到石門水庫天還黑 很冷 喝了大會提供熱薑茶

等7點天亮出發 身體浮浮的 頭有點重 不過應該還可以

剛起跑就是快5K的上坡...我跑很慢 補給站每站都乖乖喝水 吃香蕉 番茄 蘇打餅

擤鼻涕 跟吃日本買得鹽糖和沖繩黑糖 熱量捕得很足

上坡就大步快走 下坡小步緩跑 看到好風景就照相

鼻塞和頭痛 不過也還好 腳稍微沒力 但也跑的動

好吧 過12K真得有點虛 左側腹部不時抽痛 又走好一段

今天是秋高氣爽的大晴天 風景都灑上陽光

晃著晃著 中間還有看到朋友 不知不覺就18K

一樣半跑半走 有補給就認真吃 我人生的第二個半馬

在身體很不聽話的時候 也順利完賽:))

完賽餐點很弱 吃不飽 喝足換好乾衣服 迎接初半馬的阿如

開心拍照完 接駁車上又一路睡回台北 轉捷運繼續睡

回家弄阿狗ㄚ貓洗好澡和衣服 待會...要上班...T__T~
