總算擊敗瞌睡蟲,奮勇早起出門跑步去,自己都覺得相當感動。距離前次晨跑相隔有多久呢?有點不可考,反正就是很久很久,久到我都忘了晨跑的感覺。
這感覺...類似上夜班補眠後跑步時的精神狀態,半夢半醒間,但比起午跑,增加了朦朧之感,大概是昏暗外加自己又戴了一付深色的太陽眼鏡吧!
早晨,好悶熱啊!悶到有點受不了,儘管沒有太陽,汗水照樣狂流。再加上身體一開始還沒完全“醒來”,期待的舒服之感並沒有發生,沒有風也主因,一整個悶哪!
不過能跑步流汗還是好的,將心中憂悶暫時隔離、甚至排除,專心的跑、就是跑、努力的跑,在寂靜的凌晨,在濃霧欲來的日出之際,我,一個人,奔跑著。
