特別試穿一下新鞋子來跑,到30K後就快不行了,新鞋子磨合期
,真的不能嘗試穿來跑全馬(去年南投馬也試了1次),會讓人跑到變步兵。
從10/25日月潭馬 11/1台中馬 11/8田中馬 11/15北港馬 週週馬完成 今年大約剩2場了
