除了一開始的五K熱身後,按暫停伸展一下外,全程沒按暫停,抓一下12小時賽的補給與配速。
基本上五公里附近停下來喝一下水,吃一點東西。 速度大致都有保持住,不過怎麼會這麼餓,吃了一堆補給。
檸檬寒天飲不錯,有飽足感。 蠻牛好喝,不過好像沒有甚麼用。黑麥汁,燕麥飲也是不錯。天氣冷,汗流得不多,反而跑了三次廁所。 如果天氣冷,應該可以泡一壺熱咖啡。
吃了一個鮪魚御飯糰,藍莓貝果。 御飯糰好吃,下次要再多準備一些。
這種天氣跑起來還是會冷,前15K穿短袖,越跑越冷。只好換上長袖 + 帽子,這才暖和一點。
