桃園鄭小美 桃園鄭小美 桃園鄭小美 8月底決定報這場冬山河的百K賽事作為南橫前的練習賽,同時也是LDS大會師,照著郭哥的菜單從9月開始拉跑量,自9月的260K到10月、11月平均都有300K以上的月跑量,這其中也包含了多場的全馬賽事,也和SAM哥相約一起跑共同度過這漫長的百K。
賽前一晚因為外宿的關係一直很難入睡,起跑後便狀況不佳一開始是肚子痛,接著不到半馬的距離左腳就起了水泡,不知怎麼的平常沒有的問題一下子接踵而至,第一圈回到中繼站時決定刺破水泡,感謝千瑜幫我把水泡刺破讓我能繼續跑,再到醫療站擦藥及包紮看看時間已經花了半個多小時。
身體會自己調整較舒服的姿勢,也因此跑姿完全跑掉,接著是左腳膝蓋內側開始疼痛還是不斷的調整跑姿,找一個讓自己舒服的姿勢持續的跑著,SAM哥也從一開始就說腳底痛,大約55K左右兩人距離便越拉越遠,第3圈回到中繼站休息了一會SAM哥也進站了但似乎腳痛的狀況加劇,我告訴他我們要一起完賽!!
看著手上的錶已經過了8小時,剩下的2圈40K必須在5小時內跑完其實對於當時的我很勉強,也就是接下來的40K都必須維持至少7分速且不能當步兵,即便如此我還是決定持續往第4圈邁進,越晚天氣越冷不管怎麼跑都熱不起來,賽道上的選手也稀稀疏疏,此時剩下的選手為了拼完賽也都努力的在跑著,我也盡力的拖著沉重的步伐緩慢的前進著,但卻只能維持在7分接近8分速的邊緣,最後左腳膝蓋內側真的痛得再也無法跑了,我低著頭落寞的走著心裡頭帶著一絲的不甘願,看著賽道上的大家仍在奮戰著,我一次一次嘗試著讓自己跑起來都失敗了…終於~我徹底放棄了….
這一圈跑了4公里左右遇見了郭哥,他很擔心我的狀況要我別勉強,我也答應他要放棄比賽回終點,在大約10公里處有蕙禎姐和德治哥的私補區,我想至少撐到那裏,但這6公里好漫長感覺自己走了好久好久…又冷又餓...
最後真的非常感謝蕙禎姐、德治哥的一路陪伴及照顧給我熱飲暖身體,在醫療處冰敷時才發現左腳膝蓋內側已經腫起來,冰敷後更是痛到無法彎曲,蕙禎姐也體貼的開車送我回終點幫我拿寄物,看到我不斷的發抖的身體還脫下身上的外套給我,真的感動得好想哭~
回到終點等待郭哥的同時看著百K的選手們一一進入終點真的很感人,但也帶著些許的羨慕和不甘,只能說自己練得不夠,雖然未能完賽但在這場比賽中我已經獲得太多~
