趁著白天去跑上週四晚上跑的路線,好多芒花跟蘆葦跑起來很舒服~ 只是不知怎了,跑到腿不舒服.. 可能最近休息不夠吧
跑完後去Adidas跑步博覽會上GYM跟核心訓練課程,操到腿部肌肉快炸裂呀!!! Orz 但很充實好玩~ 最後還成功挑戰時速20公里跑30秒,呼~ 喘!! XD
