很適合跑步的天氣,不過人實在太多了,一開始根本無法好好跑,加上將近43K的距離,還是沒辦法突破330。過了30K後,雙腳因為頻頻抽筋,只好降速慢慢跑,應該還是練得不夠多,下次再努力。
2014關門馬破PB還是很令人高興!
賽前宣言: 看在離家很近的份上就再跑一次吧~~
賽後評分: 雖然還有需要改進的,比方說半馬跟全馬同時出發,造成大塞車。但感覺進步很多,市民公德心普遍提升,沒看到因交管抱怨或是闖入跑道的,補給也有進步,連獎牌也變立體了。關山公園附近還出現咖啡+薑茶+啤酒的私補站,還是給他五顆星鼓勵一下,繼續努力變更好~~
