2年前跟小楊在5月從台南中山公園跑到中山大學50K
本來隔年還想再跑一次 但一直被一些事情擔擱
終於這次跨年連假找到不少人一起共襄盛舉
成員: 小楊 籃SIR 泳麟哥 阿宏 海放哥 小唐
每個都是330內的高手 果然讓這次團練非常精實
最後10K我跟小楊為了含休息未停表sub5的目標
開了出去 但45K一過瞬間崩盤 跑得很吃力
但最後還是成功的以總時間4:56破了自己50K的PB
