今天午跑最大亮點:沒跑廁所!XD
回程大逆風,大約與風對抗了10多K,外加上坡路,體力耗損許多,幸仍堅持下去,跑完該跑的路程。
對我來說,跑步是種享受,無論在何種天候狀況或路況。畢竟自己能跑步的時間有限,有跑就好,真的。
