好久沒跑南天34了,今日和在瑩一起LSD,喇低賽慢慢跑,能跑完這條大魔王路線,成就感爆表阿^^..
本來左小腿後方痠痛,很神奇今天居然不痛了,但是右腳阿基里斯腱上方居然痛了起來!歐買尬..回家趕快冰敷,希望只是痠痛不要受傷才好.
