白天忙著辦健行活動,結果週末還是拖到很晚才跑,就沒辦法跑多,想說至少比平常多一點就好。速度也無法強求,今天真的很累了,傍晚去理頭髮還差點睡著。
本週開始加大跑量,還好還沒覺得很累,記得去年此時還在為膝蓋所苦,現在就很珍惜健康的時候。還是不要太躁進,慢慢進步就好。
