今天中午要吃尾牙,所以無法跟朋友再度跑上大屯山助航站,乾脆自己跑河濱,想說跑個遠一點距離-30K,就跑社子島接河濱步道,經過大稻埕到台北車站剛好15K,就原路折返,但是感覺尾牙快遲到了,所以回程速度加快,結果雖然順利跑完30K,但是腳起了好大一個水泡。
這個月目標訂了200K,上半月才跑了81K,但是下半月趕業績,好幾次都連跑3天,加上今天的30K,順利達到227K,破了去年1月最佳紀錄(223K)。
