糟糕的24Km……之10Km過後只能走多於跑!
不知是否因為中午吃太少加上第2公里就衝了4:20/km,後續再放慢也援救不回腹痛,在10公里後,開始跑跑走走
12公里,補給了一根SOYJOY草莓能量棒,但仍補不回逝去的能量
改變策略,走500m跑500m,但是黄昏氣溫下降的快,肌肉不動就會開始僵硬,接著抽筋!
最後2公里只能散步回來了 T^T
只是沒想到除了小腿有點抽筋現象外,還有腳底板,髖關節,右側下背部~ 一整組都壞掉了!
