沒跑不知道累...原來體力已經退回原點,才跑30公里就差點沒力走回家。早上吃完早餐等雨停要出門跑,看起來是個陰涼的天氣,所以一樣穿了兩件上衣加外套出門,沒想到越跑天氣越好,最後已經變成萬里晴空,差點被曬昏。28公里時很明顯的撞牆,左腳小腿酸軟沒力...最後3公里花了二十多分鐘。現在這樣的體力228應該是會跑到腳殘廢了。
