暖身的速度 5’06”/km有點快,但是沒感覺,起跑要小心一點。跑的過程有看錶,掉速時才能拉一下,跑到後來趟數亂掉,就大約再多2圈,好險剛好達到預設目標。跑到後來很喘,腿有點拉到的感覺,但跑速難得的均勻,而且略有遞減。跑完收操3圈,伏地挺身16*2+12*2(最近都有做到),跑完真的爽啊,喘過之後身體、心情都好,自從捐血出現血紅素不足,回家就提醒自己吃紅豆湯補血,好像女生啊!
