許久沒Y拖跑了,
今天跑鞋就它吧!
每次的長距離都在跟自己對話,
10K時就說跑到15看看,
到了15K再說試試到18,
就這樣推進到半馬,
終於戰勝內心一直鼓吹就這樣的念頭囉!
PS:有用凡士林抹腳背,但有些沒抹到,還是跑到有點快破皮,下次要記得抹多點XD
