下雨後的淡大田徑場地好滑, 雖然穿了抓地力不錯的鞋, 但跑第一趟就想放棄, PU沒有維護的很好, 實在太滑了!但試著改變腳落地的方法, 跟避開第一道超濕滑的位置, 雖然每趟都想放棄, 但還是乖乖的把6趟都吃掉了! 🙄
