出發前因下雨後沒那麼悶熱,前幾K體力也覺得還不錯,想說今天就跑個LSD21。回程過公館時,膝蓋腳踝隱隱作痛,整條腿也麻麻的,加上衣服褲子又濕到滴水,感覺體力快透支好想睡覺,是不是太久沒有跑超過20K的關係?
