泰山馬拉松
很辛苦的一次馬拉松,爬坡挺累。左股肌肉很不賣力
其實九月份受傷後,應該馬上去治療,可惜沒有立即處理,以為只是疲累。臀大肌已經是發炎了,所以跑這個坡道多又長的馬拉松就出現吃不消,結果要超過4小時才完成
