就在雙腳開合間,呼吸和步頻都簡單而規律,之所以選擇跑步就是因為簡單;還記得第一次參加團練,戴上帽子是為了防曬,綁了頭巾是為了吸汗,墨鏡是用來遮陽,穿上跑鞋可以護腳,做好了充足的防護,日子久了習慣了奔跑,便開始追求簡單,換上了Y拖,脫掉了襪子 ,摘下了墨鏡,卸去了頭巾和帽子,一切簡單就好,不知道還能脫掉什麼?應該不能再脫了吧?因為心思已經簡單了,一切就簡單了。
