為了鎮西堡,這個月開始加量,今天終於有點疲累感,但還是慢慢跑,讓身體熟悉這樣的配速,每個公補,私補都進去喝喝。
太陽出來後,開始變熱了,跑起來更吃力。還好也還不至於太熱。
過了15k後左腳腳踝,右髖關節,膝蓋都稍微有點不適。只好再稍為放慢速度,注意一下落地的腳步。
32K後意志力減退,看很多人開始走,就跟著走走,開始當步兵後就更不想跑。最後就慢慢龜回終點。
這個月跑量有達成了,明天就休一天吧。
