早上五點在大會演奏完美國國歌後,開始放煙火,大概有快10分鐘。
天還是暗的,經過downtown後跑在kalakaua大道上,平常熱鬧的路上,現在都是跑者,在8K附近看到Wen ,合照後繼續跑。她說我今天有點慢,4H30M在前面好遠。
一路上就是拍拍照,邊跑,經過檀香山ZOO,動物園的氣味出來了 XD
接著跑到diamond head mt 這時候天色微亮
上坡大家也是努力地跑
旁邊拉繩子的工作人員持續著鼓勵跑者: keep pushing . you are the best,
這段之後路就寬廣些 算是住宅區了
在20K附近看到回程的跑者 這些應該是3H初的
22K附近去上了廁所
後段太陽出來後就很熱了
吃了好幾包power gel
在30K遇到一個台灣跑者
他也是住台北,離我很近
他說後面他會跑得比較慢
大概小寮一下後我就前進了
後半段還跑得動 就是要休息一下再繼續
有看到赤井英和的車隊
最後和自己預計的蠻接近的
約是4H40M
順利完成檀香山馬 ~
賽到風景還好 海邊的區段大概就最後一小段
沿途民眾加油很熱情
值得體驗的一場比賽~
