昨晚睡到半夜左腳突然抽筋,不一會接著換右腳....阿現在是什ㄇ情形,明日還有光橋夜馬的全馬要跑ㄋ,今日的活動幸好有烏雲遮頂沒有陽光沿途的補給做得相當不錯,讓雙腳在30k過後一直蠢蠢欲動的想發作,讓補給站的補給品給按奈下去,感謝主辦單位貼心在板橋車站增設接駁車服務讓跑友直街搭乘大眾運輸工具醒去自行開車還要找車位的困擾,唯一缺點大概是里程數稍嫌不足在XT通過終點顯示39.71多賺了2km多
