去年9月南橫馬還沒開始報名,就先預定民宿,幸運訂到一間離會場300公尺的民宿,老闆很讚!後來發現報名、訂民宿,都算簡單,最難的是搶火車票,24:00一開賣就秒殺,感謝政立多訂,不用跑完掰腳開車回高雄
賽前2週每天查看氣象預報,這2天剛好有波冷氣團到台灣,參加賽事不怕冷,怕下雨,尤其超馬,淋十幾小時,可能失溫,鞋襪溼易起水泡,都不好玩;賽前一天至關山,陰天無雨,今天整天陰涼無雨,感謝老天爺賞了個跑步好天氣
早上4點多至會場,和認識的跑友打個招呼,5點準時起跑,摸黑跑在街上,感覺很特別;這場很多認識的高雄跑友參加,賽道遇到,彼此互相加油打氣
今年南橫馬將起終點從海端移至關山,增加平地路線,比往年輕鬆些;前20k從關山至池上到海端,順順跑當作熱身,身體狀況感覺不錯;接著從海端進入南橫公路,開始爬坡進入山區
今天天氣超讚,踩著中央山脈一路往上,邊跑邊欣賞沿途山景,很漂亮;山嵐原本在上方,跑著跑著跑進山嵐中,接著山嵐變成在下方。沿途車輛很少,可輕鬆跑在路中央,不像合歡山馬,邊跑得邊閃車
從起點到利稻,除了進補給站,都用跑的;利稻到摩天,坡度變陡,考慮後面還有四十幾K,決定開啟跑走模式,保留體力;到了摩天,拿轉換袋更換衣服,吃一下事先放在轉換袋的補給品,稍作休息,繼續往回跑
去年10月世運12hr賽跑了88k,11月冬山河100k跑12:51,南橫路線比前2場都硬,賽前心裡設定高標12hr內,但還是保守些抓13hr;剩30k時估算若沒爆掉有機會達標(之前冬山河最後20k完全跑不動),每跑1k就在心裡估算後面跑幾分速可達標,最後順利達高標,成績比冬山河進步快1hr,很滿意
南橫馬將完賽獎牌改成戒指,很特別;這場結束後,今年上半年的賽事已近尾聲,可以大休了
