週末本來應該早起跑步的,但可能是昨晚吃飯喝的茶讓我一直睡不著,11點多去睡,2點多才真正睡著,所以4:30鬧鐘響起時,覺得自己只睡2小時,要跟神人們一起跑山一定跑不完,所以乾脆放棄繼續睡到7點多。
因此晚上自己去補課,跑到大直橋來回半馬,路上很多人在騎車跑步,現在白天超曬超熱,晚上有點風比較涼好跑,所以今天跑得還算快。
