今天是星期天,不用趕著上班,理論上不用這麼早起跑,但一大早有活動只好凌晨四點半把自己挖起來跑long run,身體感覺昏昏欲睡雙腿也沉重,跑到十三期的時候巧遇兩個跑團,但大家都四分速起跳,跟到兩個女生速度跟我差不多的,一圈後聽到Garmin倒數五秒嗶嗶聲,心想不妙,她們該不會在跑間歇吧?果然嗶聲後就開出去,我勉強跟了半圈發現是5:20,而且上坡也沒降速,實在跟不上只好自己去繞大圈,十三期的跑團都這麼恐怖的嗎?一路上都一直不斷的被套圈,但也感謝她們把我速度帶起來,讓我能勉強跑到半馬破二,不過沒辦法把課表吃完整了,教練太看得起我,開了超重的課表,少跑4K而已還好啦!
