七月要先休息了,出國去^^y
不知道是不是山路跑多了,現在練平路
反而不覺得比較輕鬆,可能是因為都使用同樣的肌群在跑步吧。看來平路的LSD也很值得練
再以保護膝蓋和腳的想法來看的話
八月恢復練習,山路和平路就輪流練習吧。
