本來明天早上請了休假,打算睡個飽,結果今天臨時被通知要代班,如意算盤就被打破了。不過計畫好的夜跑還是不能打折扣,這個月真的混太久了。下午仔細研究開廣飛跑的參賽名單,好多都是資歷顯赫的名將,能跟他們同場一起跑真是榮幸,越想越亢奮,一下班就急著去吃飯,然後氣定神閒的在場邊準備好等著消化。七點半,其實還沒消化完,就迫不及待起跑了。
果然前幾圈肚子不太舒服,也跑不快,原本想維持每圈2分半,很快就自暴自棄了。今天操場很熱鬧,不只人多,連狗都很多,明明禁止帶寵物進場的,最近卻越來越多,有的還在場內亂竄,有一次差點撞到,我忍不住大罵:誰帶狗啊?是該有人出來說話了。
天氣涼、加上跑不快,就不常需要補給,第18、29、40、50、59、69、74圈停下來喝水,沒上次那麼頻繁。這樣也好,不用常經歷重新起跑大腿僵硬的感覺,也省一些時間。帶一罐大罐運動飲料和水,結果也差不多喝光光。
跑到60圈左右感覺膝蓋有點痛,結果上了廁所、補給後不久就恢復了,甚至想要跑更快、更遠。看來跑步會在設定距離的3/4遇到撞牆期,這件事還真準啊~
就這樣一直繞圈,周遭的人換了好幾輪,有的超過我,有的被我超越,有的甚至短暫同行。可是每個終究都會離去,只有我故守著第五跑道,像時間的軸線般,從傍晚跑到半夜。唯一始終陪著我的,只有馬拉松世界的報時小姐(咦?)感覺好像有點人生的感慨。
最後跑了80圈,比上次多10圈,疲勞程度還好,不過還是有點太快,這樣應該撐不了很久。下週連假來練一下back to back一日雙跑吧。
