多謝大家支持,如上面所述,今次係多次全馬比賽中,少有的可以一口氣完成,30km, 35km 都沒有嚴重的撞牆。而且作戰策略正確,兼且有天時地利人和先可以做到好成績。今次係我第四次參廣州馬拉松,今年大會的安排也十分心貼心,水站非常之密,而且很長,很容易飲到能量飲品和清水。所以食gel及鹽丸沒有問題。最令我我感動的就是廣州市的市民一樣的熱情和支持這項盛事和一衆的跑手,他們高聲的為我們叫加油,我也回應她們謝謝,在互動的過程中,實在是令人興奮。所以廣州馬是我最喜歡的馬拉松賽事,沒有之一。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😊
賽後評分: 今次在前5km盡量不受其他跑手影響,控制速度不能太快,因為今年3月的東京馬及11月的紐約馬都要在最後5km 半行半跑的情況下完成。先前睇了抖音的孫英傑(中國女子馬拉松紀錄保持者)的介紹,跑馬的前段要慢,中段要穩,這樣就能順利完賽。我今天就是按照著她的指示去完成整個比賽,證實戰略正確。👍🏻😊
