今天阿紅來找,虛累累,
昏睡了一個下午,
覺得真的超累,
和阿貝、嘉鴻哥先用5'05-5'10跑,
跑前先講好先撐看看半馬,
之後再來談到底要跑多少,
但實在太累,16k左右就跳車惹。
之後緩跑的時候,
看阿貝跟後來加入的韋振哥開3'40左右的尾速蕭過去,
