台北市Equilibria 雖然是壓哨,但終究是拿下來了⋯⋯ 有點想哭內....
... 對我來說,這是場很烏龍的馬。報名的時候,看到限時330,竟然換算成是6:30(小學沒畢業齁?),想說沒問題,就熊熊給他報下去。等到有人跟我說,才想到是5:30,直覺反應是死定了。在此之前,我的PB還只是5:32~~~~ Anyway, 總算一雪二年前在28K大抽筋落馬的恥辱~~~ 賽前宣言: 都沒練,等著落馬啦~~~~~~~~~ 賽後評分: 雖然台北馬被罵的很慘,但真的有在進步。補給中規中矩,路線也越來越像城市馬。但河濱路段還是偏多,台北市民對大型賽事的交管也是怨聲載道(台北市路跑真的太多了啦,難怪市民朋友會發飆)。但鼓勵還是要給的,加油! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
