久違的超半馬自主練習,大腿狀況恢復中,雖然不是頂好,但至少跑起來不會太不舒服。週五跑東海校園沒問題,今天就來挑戰下一等級的松鼠坡,順順上去不休息,均速大概六分半,個人相當滿意。從都會公園一路跑到望高寮東海古堡原路折返,再湊到22公里。半馬沒有破二,通過時間2:02:20,但以夏天的LSD而言已經很滿意了!
