因為家裡的事情和連假回來後這週天天加班,造成這兩週沒有好好練。今天直接上場線上馬"全馬組",真的若排除一些狀況的話。今天應該是有機會破PB的,按前半段的狀況還算OK。後面到34以後就腳又開始不舒服了,只好切換跑跑走走模式了@@"。破PB只好等下個月的鹿港馬繼續努力了!!
