這兩個月來晚上的工作終於在昨天結束了,其實也不是完全沒時間跑步,只是最近練跑完還是不太舒服,就休息比較多了。這個月就當作調養的階段,反正到三月才有大比賽。今天晚上也有練唱,唱完了才去跑一下。在寒風中脫下長袖那一刻真是需要很大的勇氣,起跑之後也不敢怠惰,要保持著速度才不會失溫啊~最近跑起來大腿上部和屁股有點輕微酸痛,可能是速度加快的關係。跑完30圈就收工接老婆,這種天氣穿短袖跑步還可以,要騎機車回家就受不了了。
