常常聽到車友們約騎五分山和不厭亭,今天終於有機會到五分山一遊,欣賞沿途優美風景,加上天公作美,溫度18到26℃ ,濕度70%,不熱有風,還蠻舒服的~
經歷上週萬金石跑馬賽事,民神分享了晴天參賽經驗,需要自備鹽錠和能量包;今天有準備,真的只有在23k和31k坡度較陡時,小走一下,其他路況就順順的跑,山路馬沒抽筋,故能5小時整完成,每公里均速尚能6分57。
感謝淑芬回程幫忙駕車和終點等候拍照,也很開心和女兒知芸在飯店歡聚!
