開學馬~赤足第16馬
近2個月遠距離的練跑(21k以上)才2次的平地練習,
對於這一場有坡度起伏的開學馬真的還是怕怕的....
今天的清晨涼爽天氣幫了大忙,
讓我在一開始前21k上下坡,
居然只花了出乎意料的2小時5分,
當下審視自己雙腳狀況~還不錯^^
不過這一開始的長下坡衝刺....其實我是擔心的,
畢竟有段時間沒練山路了也沒足夠的LSD練習,
自我評估30K應該會有事發生....
一路來到30K審視了自身狀況,
心肺OK腳底OK大腿肌肉真的開始緊繃了....
又一路到了32K,我爆了==
雙腿大腿肌群整個緊繃瀕臨大抽筋,
當下只好當起步兵,
原本想使出電線杆跑法的,
但爽腿在瀕臨大抽筋的狀況下,
要攻略上下坡真的是吼.....要我的命,
跑沒200公尺雙腿就非常有感覺,
只好就這樣跑200公尺再走路緩和,
一路來到40K才出現平路==,
才減輕我的雙腿的負擔小跑步回終點
意外的保5成功^^
