自從合歡山馬拉松之後,每每練習只有5K就收工,所以今天跑的非常厭世,幸好無傷完賽,因為跑不快,所以決定每站吃到飽,,30K之後啟動安全的跑走模式,慢慢的龜回終點。

因為其他事情而影響跑步的節奏,我會慢慢調整回來的。
