今天有事休假,因這禮拜天是自己報名的台北馬,所以想跑個long run,用較快的配速跑26km,看看今年台北馬能否破維持好久的PB。
6點多起跑太陽已經快出來了,在關渡河濱步道碰到柏勳,回程一起跑就碰到子綸迎面而來,後來他還追上來,兩人一起跑了2KM,一路上僅停下喝水4次,除了在淡水捷運站上廁所比較花時間外,幾乎沒什麼休息,一直維持高速前進,跑完腳超酸。
