不知早麼搞的...我的胸悶已經發生很多次了,這次的練跑也是讓我從頭悶到尾,胸口如同一塊大石頭壓著,..很不舒服!
趁著下午雨小了點,趕緊去練跑一趟,不過效果實在是不好,跑完後有點失溫,膝蓋也酸的很!
