原本早上要跑LSD,但5點半起來後發覺有點冷,風又大,雖然吃完早餐盥洗完後,又躺回床上。

7圈後遇到吉林一起聊跑,之後大尤哥也跟上來一起跑,之後大尤哥開始拉速度,18K後我就沒力了,待會還有事,手錶過半馬跑後就收工了。
