跑步生涯有史以來最長的距離
一定要多寫一點紀錄一下XD
昨晚睡得不好
前10K跑得不太順暢
右下腹又有點隱隱作怪的樣子
幸虧在12K左右吞了一包能量包後
狀況慢慢地回穩腳也彷彿不重了
15K吞了一顆鹽錠,感覺還蠻好吃的阿XD
20K又嗑了一個義美羊羹
就這樣慢慢地收下28K了
下次還有一個28K
希望能穩定收下28K外還能自己在額外加碼!!!
