今天跑28圈補給第一次,跑了6圈後,感覺不行了,直接到體育館大樓裝水,灌了600ml 1.5瓶,才感覺補足了,第三次補給是跑了9圈,呼還有最後5圈,今天的意志力比較薄弱,應該是疲勞還沒有消除,明天休息日,去游泳池做一下spa,星期六再參加西螺團團練。
